Emotional Healing is a branch of Biblical counseling that specifically focuses on bringing God’s healing to the whole person: emotional health, physical health, and spiritual freedom. Jesus Christ designed us in His image: one being in three different spheres, all intricately connected, mutually reliant, and working together to make up the whole. If we ignore the wounds of one area, it’s only a matter of time before we see the impact show up somewhere else.
Trauma has a way of touching every area of life. The triggers, flashbacks, sleep deprivation, short term memory loss… it all takes a toll. But you do not have to live like that anymore. Today can be your day for healing and freedom.
In the Bible, “brokenhearted” means the soul has been shattered into pieces. But Jesus came that we might have life and have it to the fullest. He heals the brokenhearted.
He restores my soul. He saves the crushed in spirit.
Regardless of whether you carry sin, trauma, emotional scars, or illness, there is nothing too big or too ugly for Jesus. His finished work on the cross is sufficient to break through every wall.
Jesus came so that you may have life, and have it to the full.
